St Vincent de Paul Support of Northern Communities

Our Kitchener-Waterloo St. Vincent de Paul Societies would like to help the northern communities in Nunavut again this year.  Two years ago St. Agnes church collected peanut butter and dehydrated chicken noodle soup for them.  We had started collecting these items again last year when we were put into lockdown.

Since we are unable to collect peanut butter and Lipton chicken noodle soup to send to those in need in Nunavut this year, the St. Vincent de Paul Society has set up a Canada Helps website for your donations.

The food will be purchased with these donations.  This year it will be sent to the community of Chesterfield Inlet since Baker Lake is receiving help from Agnico Eagle Mines which is located near there.
